Synoverge has been founded by a group of practicing IT professionals who have been associated with various reputed and top IT consulting companies.

These promoters and founders individually have over 15 years of experience in the industry, playing leadership roles and working with fortune 1000 organizations globally.

Each of our members brings their set of unique and complementary skills to the table. Their expertise and versatile strengths help focus on key functions and build a robust foundation.

In addition to this, we have some of the industry's leading experts on the advisory board of Synoverge. Their expert advice is critical towards the achievement of our objectives of creating value for all the stakeholders.


Profiles

Prashant Halari
Chief Executive Officer

Prashant brings 11+ years of industry experience and a successful track record in incubating and managing service lines with Sales and Delivery responsibilities.

At Synoverge, Prashant's remit is to manage the Profit & Loss and drive strategy. His responsibilities include defining and implementing the company's vision for growth, shareholder value, customer leadership and innovation.

Prashant's expertise is in identifying KPIs required for enhancing the profitability and implementing plans to build a profitable growth for the business. He comes with strong Sales and Technology background coupled with pre-Sales and Operations management skills.


Ritesh Dave
Director - Business Development

Ritesh brings in over 10 years of industry experience in Softwares Sales, Solution-based selling, Market Analysis and General Management. At Synoverge, Ritesh is responsible for driving Business Development for Application and Infrastructure Management and Enterprise Solutions service lines.

Earlier, he was leading the account management and business development for BFSI at Patni - APAC. Prior to that, he was based in the US leading sales efforts for Lionbridge Technologies focusing on high-tech and enterprise customers.


Jayanta Sarkar
Director - Delivery, Operations & HR

Jayanta brings over 20 years of experience in driving and delivering enterprise solution services. Jayanta has worked with some of the top IT Companies such as TCS and Patni in key positions. At Synoverge, he is responsible for leading Delivery, Operations and Enterprise Solution Services and also manages the HR function.

Jayanta brings a wide range of experience working with enterprise clients in different geographies and domains. He also has good exposure to the processes in ISO and CMM certified environments.


Namrata Gupta
Director - Client Relationships & Business Development

Namrata has over 12 years of experience in Delivery, Sales and Client Management. At Synoverge, Namrata is responsible for managing the global client relationships and business development in Microsoft Practice, Product Solution Engineering and Business Intelligence and Analytics service lines.

Earlier, she has worked with small and mid-sized IT companies, handling key roles and responsibilities across various functions. She has extensive experience in managing strategic accounts and partners, especially where it involves relationship management and ensuring repeat business.


Nirmala Desai
Director - Technology & Solution Innovation

Nirmala brings over 20 years of enterprise architecture design, development and support experience, that includes 15 years with Patni Computers Systems Limited (NYSE: PTI). Her expertise covers different technologies and domains. She comes with an in-depth exposure to all the facets that govern a sustainable IT Services organization.

At Synoverge, she is responsible for providing technology insights, operational expertise, evaluating new technologies and providing innovative technology solutions to clients.


Venkat Gandhi
President – Synoverge Japan Co. Ltd.

Venkat has over 20 years of experience in various roles from Project Management, Sales, Consulting, Delivery Management in addition to heading delivery and sales teams in Japan and India. Venkat is self motivated leader with good global client relationships, from pre-sales, post sales and during delivery of project and production support of mission critical applications. At Synoverge, Venkat is responsible for managing the Japan operations and working closely with clients in the region.


Frans Galema
President & CEO – Synoverge Nederland B.V.

Frans has over 25 years Sales and Account management experience in the IT Industry. He is an energetic person responding with creativity on challenging situations. He has been managing long and complex sales cycles successfully as leader of the sales or account team. Acting in a consultative selling mode, understanding business demand and creating a process to match the options available are some of his key drivers.

At Synoverge Nederland B.V. he has responsibility for Sales and Marketing (Business Development), maintaining customer relationships and managing local operations.


Raghu Mahalingam
President - SAP and Analytics Practice

Raghu has a rich experience of over 26 years in the IT industry with major service providers such as Patni Computer Systems and CMC Limited, and handled strategic relationships with F500 organizations and created a strong competency center that developed innovative solutions for addressing white spaces in diverse industry verticals. In his most recent role, Raghu headed the SAP practice at Patni for over 11 years as Sr. Vice President & Global Practice Head, responsible for running the practice as a strategic business unit right from business development through delivery execution.
