Integration with other systems is necessary at the Customer's approximately 40 automotive and commercial vehicle dealerships. Client operations were running on a legacy platform that was 25 years old.

The customer's unique requirement was to standardise the warehouse management and inventory data collection processes from several dealers across Australia. Manhattan Scale, Device Management, Fleet Management, and Case Management were among the external systems that needed to be integrated further.

The project's task is to find and characterise commonalities in logistics architecture and mid-term planning issues in the retail and automotive sectors in a specific internal area of their supply chains.
