Job Description

• 4 to 6 years of experience in ERP systems & minimum 5 years of relevant experience in MS Dynamics ERP AX 2012 & D365 FO
• Must have done at least 3 to 4 end to end implementations in AX / D365
• Engineering Degree, MBA, or CA with solid corporate finance & accounting business knowledge
• Extensive experience working in core financials and logistical business processes such as General Ledger, Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, Bank and Cash Management, Financial Reporting, Manufacturing Costing, Procurement, and Sales and Inventory Management
• Experience in Manufacturing and/or Distribution industries
• MS certifications in MS D365 mandatory
• Able to provide the project plan and provide the estimates on implementation or enhancement assignments
• Must be able to manage team, client and able to prioritize and communicate commitments
• Exclusively worked on Documentation, Data migration activities, Knowledge on other modules and integrations with external systems would be an added advantage
• Must have strong client and internal communication skills with experience working in highly collaborative teams
• Must be able to produce specific business cases examples of work product (functional requirements, design, output, test plans, etc.)
• Structured and analytical working approach to resolve critical problems
• Flexible attitude to the role's working hours
• Able to perform Pre-sales Demo to the prospects on the product and able to prepare demo data, presentations and able to define the scope statement.
• Able to groom the junior team members on the product and over all solutioning of the system features
• Able to prepare the project management related metrices and prepare and provide appropriate project status reporting to the management and / or clients
