Job Description

  • To generate qualified pipeline opportunities for Microsoft Dynamics (D365 FO, Business Central, CE, Power Platform) through structured outbound outreach, inbound lead management, and industry-focused engagement.
  • This is a growth-oriented execution role focused on lead generation, qualification, and brand amplification — not enterprise deal closing.

Responsibilities

  • Lead Generation & Prospecting
  • Execute outbound campaigns via LinkedIn, email, calls, and networking
  • Identify and target mid-market organizations across defined industries
  • Generate Marketing Qualified Leads (MQLs)
  • Convert MQL → SQL through structured qualification
  • Discovery & Qualification
  • Conduct first-level discovery calls
  • Current ERP system
  • Business size & revenue
  • Industry & operational pain points
  • Budget & decision authority
  • Maintain structured CRM records
  • Microsoft Dynamics Ecosystem Positioning (Basic Level)
  • Understand the positioning of:
  • D365 Finance & Operations
  • D365 Business Central
  • Dynamics 365 Sales / CE
  • Power Platform
  • Communicate high-level business benefits
  • Align prospect needs with relevant solution areas (Deep solutioning handled by Presales/Architects.)
  • Marketing & Social Engagement
  • Maintain active LinkedIn presence
  • Publish 2–3 posts weekly related to
  • ERP transformation
  • Industry-specific use cases
  • AI + ERP trends
  • Participate in webinars, events, and online engagement

Qualifications

  • 2–3 years’ experience in ERP / SaaS / IT services sales
  • Experience generating own leads (not only inbound)
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Dynamics ecosystem preferred
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Experience using CRM systems
  • Energetic, confident, and target-driven personality
