The purpose of this role is to understand the customer requirement, evaluate business process, anticipate requirement and identify area of improvement. Act as interface between client users and project team. Invilve in project implementation end to end throughout the project life cycle, client communication including study of current system, process, procedure & create functional and technical documents for existing products to provide information related to concepts, functional flows, data flows, process flow etc. to the target audience of the document at defined timeline.

Functional and technical documentation that included FSD, User Guide and User Manuals & Technical Guide / Technical Specification Document etc. Facilitate team and client meetings effectively and hold regular status meetings
Responsibilities
Good analytical skills for transforming defined business needs into software requirements
Effectively communicate relevant project information to superiors & resolve and/or escalate issues in a timely manner
Understanding the project from the planning stage, such as scope of work, deliverables, budget, and resources to manage the project successfully
Review deliverable and make sure the quality standards are maintained
Ensure project documents are complete, up to date and stored accordingly. Skills and Competencies.
Strong ability to create effective requirements documents and review them with key project stack holders at multiple levels of organization
Must be organized and detail oriented
Strong communication skills and good written English
