Job Description

  • We are looking for enthusiastic MBA graduates (Specialization: Supply Chain Management / Operations / Manufacturing) who are interested in building a career in Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) consulting, specifically in the Microsoft Dynamics 365 ecosystem.
  • The selected candidate will be trained and groomed to become a Functional Consultant in Supply Chain & Manufacturing modules.

Technical Skill- Must Have

  • Requirement Analysis, Analytical Skills and analysis experience
  • SCM Concepts

Responsibilities

  • Understand end-to-end Supply Chain & Manufacturing business processes: Procurement, Inventory Management, Production Planning, Bill of Materials (BOM), MRP, Warehouse Management
  • Learn Microsoft Dynamics 365 SCM functional capabilities
  • Assist senior consultants in: Requirement gathering, Business process mapping, Solution documentation, User Acceptance Testing (UAT), Master data preparation
  • Participate in client workshops and internal training sessions
  • Support ERP implementation and post-go-live support activities
  • MBA (SCM / Operations / Manufacturing / Production)
  • 2024 / 2025 pass-outs preferred
  • Strong academic record
  • Good analytical and logical thinking ability
  • Basic understanding of: Supply chain concepts, Manufacturing processes, Inventory control, ERP systems (academic exposure acceptable)
  • Good communication and presentation skills
  • Proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint
  • Process-oriented mindset
  • Strong documentation skills
  • Ability to understand business problems
  • Willingness to learn technology platforms
  • Long-term interest in ERP consulting career
