Job Description
- Ability to learn and work on MS Dynamics ERP– Finance modules, including General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Fixed Assets, Budgeting, Cash & Bank Management, and Financial Reporting
- Participate in Requirement Gathering sessions to understand client financial processes and compliance needs
- Assist in Documentation of financial processes, functional specifications, and configuration settings
- Work with senior consultants to configure and prototype Finance modules based on gathered requirements
- Involved in testing phases (Unit Testing, UAT) to validate financial data accuracy and business processes in D365 FO
- Engage with client finance teams to provide support during Finance module implementation, ensuring alignment with industry best practices and compliance regulations
- Facilitate data migration activities, focusing on financial master data and historical balances
- Provide guidance to end-users for system usability, financial workflows, and navigation
- Prepare user manuals, SOPs, and training material for Finance modules
- Support end-user training sessions and workshops
