To address these challenges, Synoverge designed and implemented an AI-powered Claude MCP Plugin integrated with the client’s route optimization platform. The solution enabled users to interact with the platform using natural language and automate multiple routing and operational tasks through a single AI-driven interface.

Developed a custom MCP server to expose existing route optimization APIs as AI-consumable services.

Built and configured a Claude AI connector and plugin for seamless interaction between users and backend systems.

Implemented secure OAuth 2.0-based authentication for protected access and data security.

Deployed the solution on Microsoft Azure Virtual Machines for scalability and performance.

Integrated intelligent capabilities such as, geocoding route optimization, map generation, report generation, email and SMS communication

Enabled users to upload Excel files directly into Claude for one-step route optimization.

Generated interactive HTML maps with optimized routes and turn-by-turn directions.

Automated operational workflows including, Delivery route optimization, Logistics dashboard generation, End-of-day reporting, Incident detection and alerts

Simplified complex routing operations through a conversational AI experience.
