Challenges

The client faced several operational and technical challenges:

Separate Service Setup For Each Project: Separate Windows Communication Foundation (WCF) services were created at the project level, leading to redundancy and high maintenance effort.

Lack of a Common Framework: Development efforts were unstructured, lacking a standardized framework to streamline processes.

Service Duplication: The same online services were hosted on multiple servers, further complicating maintenance.

Inefficient Integration: Both the portal and core System Integration teams had to handle significant, overlapping development efforts, slowing progress and increasing complexity.
